Gráinne brought Pitch a Friend to Ireland in 2024 after seeing a viral video of a version of the event run by the Seattle Social Club. She reached out to their founder, Lucas Chaufournier, and with his support, hosted Ireland's first Pitch a Friend event in November 2024.
She is excited about bringing millennials together to celebrate their friends, make new ones, and expand their social network to create more opportunities for romantic connections.
When she's not planning these events or enjoying her day job, Gráinne can be found walking her dog, indulging in an extended savasana, or having coffee or dinner with friends.

Online dating can be frustrating - you might have a great chat, but when you meet, something doesn't feel right that you can't predict. Here, you're in the room with somebody, seeing how they move, how they smile, and who they are.
It's about creating an organic place for people to connect in a big city. Even if you're just in the audience, you'll get to learn something about people and create a bit of vulnerability.
